Custom printed table cover with company branding on an exhibition stand

Printed Table Covers and Branded Tablecloths

A printed cover hides the clutter under the table and turns the front of your stand into another branded surface. Made in 4ft, 6ft and 8ft to fit standard UK trestle tables, printed to your artwork and hemmed for a clean edge.

Printed in the UK on B1 rated polyester using dye sublimation, so the colour holds through repeated washing and the cover meets the fire requirements most venues will ask about.

Choose Your Table Size

A cover is sized to the table, so the first thing to establish is what you are covering. Standard UK trestle tables come in three lengths and we make a cover for each.

4ft Table Covers

The compact option, suited to a small demo table, a registration desk or a tight corner of a shell scheme where a full trestle will not fit.

6ft Table Covers

The most common size and the one most exhibitors need. A 6ft printed tablecloth fits the trestle table that most UK venues supply as standard.

8ft Table Covers

The full-length option for a wide stand, a long counter or a display that needs more surface. An 8ft custom tablecloth gives you the largest branded area.

Why Choose Our Printed Table Covers

Professional Event Branding

Full colour table branding that ties in with your exhibition stand, backdrops and display systems, so the stand reads as one thing rather than a collection of parts.

High-Quality Fabric

Printed on durable 210gsm polyester with very low show-through, keeping graphics bold and consistent under harsh exhibition lighting.

Flame Retardant for Venue Compliance

B1 rated material, suitable for indoor venues and exhibition halls. Most venues will ask, and a cover without a rating can be refused on the day.

Built for Repeat Use

Washable and durable, made for an ongoing trade show schedule rather than a single outing.

Manufactured in the UK

Reliable production standards and fast nationwide delivery, with one team to speak to if something needs sorting.

Printed to Your Artwork

Send us a vector logo and CMYK colours and the print comes back sharp and true to your brand. Our guide to supplying print-ready artwork covers exactly what to send, and we check every file before it goes to press.

Styles Available

Every size can be produced in:

  • Standard drape style, the classic loose tablecloth
  • Fitted table cover, tailored to the table
  • Stretch table cover, for a taut modern finish
  • Floor-length table throw, covering all sides to the ground
  • Table runners, for layered branding over a plain cloth

If you need a custom size or a specialist shape, give us your measurements when you request a quotation.

Ideal For

  • Exhibition stands and shell scheme booths
  • Trade shows and expos
  • Product demonstrations
  • Conference registration desks
  • Hospitality counters
  • Retail pop-ups and craft fairs
  • School fetes, open days and fundraisers

A printed cover works hardest alongside roller banners, a greeter stand and a branded backdrop, which together turn a bare trestle into a stand.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a custom printed table cover cost?
A 4ft custom printed table cover is £124.99, a 6ft is £137.99 and an 8ft is £149.99, including VAT. That is the printed cover made to your own artwork, not a plain cloth. Custom sizes and specialist shapes are quoted on request, so send us your measurements.
What is the difference between a table cover, a tablecloth and a table throw?
They are the same product under different names. Table cover, printed tablecloth, table throw and table sheet all describe a printed fabric cover that goes over a trestle table. A table throw usually means the floor-length version that covers all sides to the ground, and a table runner is the narrower strip that lies over the top of a plain cloth.
What sizes do printed table covers come in?
We make 4ft, 6ft and 8ft covers to fit standard UK trestle tables. The 6ft is the most common, because it fits the table most venues supply as standard. Measure your table before ordering, and if it is a non-standard size send us the dimensions and we will make it to fit.
Are your printed tablecloths fire rated for exhibition venues?
Yes. The material is B1 flame retardant rated, which is what indoor venues and exhibition halls require. It is worth checking this with any supplier, because a cover without a fire rating can be refused by the venue on the day of the show.
Can printed table covers be washed and reused?
Yes. They are washable and built for repeat use across an ongoing trade show schedule rather than a single event. The print is dye sublimated into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, so washing will not lift the colour.
Can you print my logo on a tablecloth?
Send us your logo and we will check the artwork before printing. A vector file and CMYK colours give the sharpest result, and our print-ready artwork guide explains what to send. We can print a full-colour design across the whole cover or place a logo on the front panel, whichever suits the look you are after. Every cover is hemmed for a clean edge.
Can table covers be printed on both sides?
No. The fabric has very low show-through, which is what keeps the graphics looking solid, and that same property means double-sided printing is not suitable on this material. If you need branding visible from both sides, a table runner or a second cover is the better route.

Works Well With

A table cover finishes the front of a stand. These are the products it sits alongside most often.

  • Greeter stands give you a branded panel at the front of the table, so the desk and the welcome point match.
  • Roller banners add height behind the table and carry the messaging the cover has no room for.
  • X-banners do the same job in a lighter, more portable form when you are travelling to a venue alone.
  • Exhibition stands provide the structured backdrop that turns a covered table into a full stand.
  • Branded logo mats carry the same identity down to the floor at the entrance to your space.

If you are still deciding what your setup needs, our guide to which indoor branding products to use compares the options by scenario, what to put on your exhibition stand covers what each surface should say, and the trade show budget guide shows where a table cover sits in a typical spend.
