Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an exhibition stand cost in the UK?
For a professional shell scheme setup, most businesses invest between £2,500 and £4,000 in the stand structure and branding. Total event spend, once you add space hire, staff and travel, typically runs from £6,000 to £12,000 depending on the show. Our trade show budget guide breaks the numbers down properly, including what a 2m L-shaped stand, greeter stand, roller banners and table cover come to together.
What is the difference between a modular exhibition stand and a custom build?
A modular stand uses a standard aluminium framework with printed fabric panels, so it is quicker to produce, cheaper, and you assemble it yourself and reuse it. A custom build is designed and constructed from scratch for one show by a stand-build agency, which costs considerably more. We supply modular systems and the printed graphics for them. If you need a bespoke architectural build, an exhibition design agency is the right call.
What is the difference between an exhibition stand and a printed trade show backdrop?
A printed trade show backdrop is the graphic on its own. Our exhibition stands combine a structural aluminium framework with tension fabric graphics to give you a complete branded walling system that stands up by itself.
Are these suitable for UK shell scheme exhibitions?
Yes. Our 2m and 4m configurations are designed to fit within standard shell scheme booth dimensions used across UK trade shows and expos, so the stand fits the space you have booked.
Can I reuse the stand across multiple exhibitions?
Yes. The aluminium structure is built for repeat use. Graphics can be replaced for a new campaign without buying a new framework, which is where the value shows if you exhibit more than once a year.
Do you offer double-sided printing?
Yes. Single sided graphics are standard, and double-sided options are available for stands that need outward visibility as well as inward.
Are exhibition stands only for trade shows?
No. Plenty of customers use the same system as a media wall for press calls and photography, a stage or registration backdrop at conferences, or a permanent branded wall in a showroom, reception or office.
Do I need an installer, or can I put it up myself?
You can put it up yourself. The stands are designed for self-install using the included Torx key, and the lozenge feet keep them stable without ballast. There is no need to book a contractor or pay for installation.
